Our housemate is moving out to buy her own place, so we have a lovely big room with an en-suit coming available in our 2 bed flat.

Theroom comes furnished with bed, large 8 drawer dresser, built in wardrobe and has an ensuit. There is room for a desk if you need one.

We're looking for a clean, tidy and quiet professional/s. You'll be sharing with a professional couple (an Ops Manager working in London Bridge and a PE Teacher working in South Kensington) who enjoy cooking (1 is a veggie), Sport (that’ll be the PE Teacher), Netflix, socialising with friends and travel.

The flat is fit-out using natural tones, and as it’s on the ground floor allows direct access to the communal garden. The kitchen is fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, 2 x ovens, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a shared lounge room, it’s cosy however still fits a pull-out sofa for guests and a fold down dining table and chairs.

The street is quiet with lots of parking - Westminster council parking is approx £130 per year.

Bills come to approx. £100 pppm which is included in the rent and covers Utilities, Council Tax, Broadband, TV Licence, Netflix, Cleaner and cleaning products etc...

We’re a two-minute walk from Paddington Recreation Park which is lovely. It has lots of space to picnic or lounge in the sun, a sports track, hockey fields, tennis courts, outdoor gym equipment, community gym, café and quiet rose garden.
