Area has lots of parks (Hyde Park, Regents Park) outdoor gyms and running tracks (Paddington Recreation) and Little Venice is 5-10 minutes walk.
The available room is a very spacious and bright double room with good storage, and an ensuite which has a bath with good shower over it.
The bedroom is on its own level and leads out to a private south facing roof terrace. The room is available now.
All bills including high speed wifi (perfect for home working) are included in the monthly rent.
The area is village like and has lots of individual cafes, restaurants, and gastronomic pubs with open air seating, including the popular Waterway pub/ restaurant by the canal, within a short stroll..
Transport - 10 minutes walk to Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale, and Royal Oak tubes and Paddington train station. Bus services within a few minutes walk of the house.
Nottinghill, Bayswater, are 15 minutes walk from the house. There is a direct bus to Oxford Circus and the West End or you can take the tube a few stops if you prefer.
