Large double room available in Maida Vale set in a gorgeous mansion block close to Maida Vale tube.

The room:
Large double room with high ceilings, with ample built in storage (extra photos available if wanted). A table and chair are also provided.

About the flat:
You would be sharing with three professionals, two of whom work in the hotel and catering industry and a third who works in law. The house has a great international vibe with one house mate from Italy another France and a third who travels a lot with work.

The flat has a large kitchen (gas cooker), two fridges and freezers (you will only have to share a fridge with one other person), a combined washing machine/ tumble drier and a dishwasher. There is a separate toilet to the shower which is really convenient. Behind the building there is space to keep bicycles and also a BBQ area for the summer - which we have used.

About the tenancy and bills:
Bills are paid into a joint account (~£55 pm), occasionally in the colder months bills come to slightly more. The room will be available from the 8th Feb, and there is flexibility around this if you want to move slightly earlier or later!

The letting agency requires a holding deposit and a security deposit which are returned at the end of the tenancy or when you decide to leave. The agency does carry out reference checks.

About the local area:
The flat is ~7 mins walk from Maida Vale tube station and several buses (6, 414, 36, 32) all stop nearby. It takes less than 25 mins to get to Oxford Circus which is ideal for the weekend and for commuting to central London.

There is a small parade of shops next to the flat and Paddington sports club is a 1 minute walk (gym, tennis courts and bowls - if you're into that!). You will be very close to Paddington Rec which has a number of sports pitches and a gym. Closer to the tube station is a Starbucks and Gail's bakery. It's a ~25 min walk to Kilburn high road where you will find Aldi, Sainsbury's, M&S etc.
