Sadly, I'm moving to stay closer to work, and I'm looking for someone to take over the contract from 16th June until 31st August, then renew from 1st September 2022 onward for a year. So if you are looking at long-term stay, you are at the right place.

The flat sits in a quiet street surrounded by greens in the well-connected and the picturesque Maida Vale:
- 5 min walk to Maida Vale station
- 10 min walk to Little Venice/Warwick Avenue/Paddington station
- 15 min on tube to Oxfort street/Piccadilly Circus

The Paddington Recreation Ground is next to the flat - you have pictches for all ball games, running tracks, and a gym inside. It's perfect for a morning stroll or a power session after work.

The en-suite room is fully furnished with a double bed, a tall closet and chest of drawers. You have a private shower, toilet & sink, and share a spacious kitchen with other tenants, who are all professionals.

Our lives are made easier with Tesco Express a block away, or if you value efficiency, there's a big Aldi on the Edgeware Road. Alternatively, you can take a nice walk to Queens Park on weekends and shop in the famous farmers market.

Ideally, you are a young professional with good sense of humour. Must be down to earth and capable of household responsibilities.
