Double room with own bathroom next to station

Double bedroom one minute from Maida Vale station. Room includes double bed, build in closet, high ceilings and big window. Technically the room is not en-suite but you will have your own private bathroom.

The common area is an open lounge/dining area and kitchen. The flat has plenty of storage throughout and our favourite bit is the sunny terrace looking out from back of the building.

Current flatmates: We are a couple sharing the other room and have already lived here for a year and loved the flat and its location. We like watching films, going gym, cooking and game nights with friends. I am also a dog sitter so preferably someone who is ok with dogs.

Bills are separate and all depends on usage, it’s also hard to tell what the future brings but lately has been around £100 pp per month (internet, council tax, electricity and water). Contract runs until beginning of August 2023 and we will only have to change your name onto the contract. Due to reference checks and income checks we can’t unfortunately take in any students. Contract is through an agency but we are in direct contact with a great landlord if needed.
