Double Ensuite, Room for rent, Notting Hill

Hey! We’re looking for someone to sublet a lovely double ensuite room in our flat for the next 2 months. Our current tenant is moving out, and we’d love to find new tenants to take over the last 2 months before we leave the flat.

You’ll be living with Jae (26) and myself, Pol (28), in a cozy flat in Notting Hill, just 5 minutes from Portobello Road Market!

The Room:
Double ensuite, fully furnished, with plenty of storage space.
Bright and spacious – a great spot to relax or work.
The Flat:
Open-plan living room & kitchen, perfect for hanging out. We also have a cool projector for movie nights.
We’re a friendly, tidy, and calm bunch, so we’re looking for someone who shares similar vibes and would be a good fit to live with us.
The Area:
Safe, residential neighbourhood with lots of families and young professionals.
Well-connected – Westbourne Park Station is just a 5-minute walk, plus direct buses to Camden, Victoria, Paddington, and Chelsea.
Shops, pharmacies, cafés – right across the street!

Rent:
£1150 excluding bills (which are fairly low). If you’re a couple, then the rent is £1300, to account for the higher use of shared spaces, etc.
