Flatmate(s) Urgently Needed!

Maida Vale area, 10 min walk from Maida Vale station or 10 min walk from Westbourne Park Station, or 30 mins walk from Paddington Station or 30 min bus from Camden Town

My flatmate is moving out by the end of May or June (move in date can be flexible) I need another flatmate to replace her as I cannot afford the rent all on my own. I am a Uni student and am in a contract with the landlord for 2 years. Upon intially getting the flat of August this past year the security deposit was split between me and my flatmate, with her half being £1,385. She would like her half of the deposit back upon moving out, so the new tenant would need to replace that amount prior to moving in. (Which would then also be returned back to you at the end of your tenancy). The flat is a top floor flat with two bedrooms, a smaller kitchen (but it does the job) and a living room and dining room connected to one another. The bathroom is shared, with a bathtub/shower combo. The bedroom that is available has a large wardrobe, large bed, and a balcony. I’m also pretty sure the bed is slightly bigger than a double bed. Rent is 1,200 per month, not including bills for water, gas, electricity, and wifi, which we would split evenly between us.
