Hi Ladies,
We have a super cool bright Large double story room for a steal price🤩 Living with 2 other professional females in our 30's, sharing a bathroom just with one other. The room has a huge tall window which faces the Sun paired with the extra high alcoves in the ceiling from the double story built in mezzanine floor.

We have a bright plant filled lounge room with 2 large double glazed windows that gets the Sun all day keeping the flat nice and warm!

Rent is £600(Deposit the same) and our bills are currently super low as we don't use much electricity/gas. Currently all bills are approx £80 each pcm variable on usage. Must be a F/T professional and go through a quick approval/ referencing process by the agency, there is a small £50 fee for the lease and deposit name change. Unfortunately not suitable for anyone working from home. The current tenant has a matching Bed frame, double mirrored wardrobe and other furniture that can be bought for a good price, as we are the roof top flat in our building so it'll be a lot easier to keep large furniture as is, luckily our housemate moving has great taste👌🏻😎 and all was bought new when she moved in. (Fully negotiable to be unfurnished too)

We are both friendly, light hearted, f/t professionals and keep busy with work/gym/social, the flat is very quiet perfect for anyone wanting a serene clean place to relax.
