- Overlooks Paddington Rec, perfect for a daily walk and runs! It has a gym and a running track.
- 3-bed with shared living room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and separate bathroom/toilet.
- Room includes bed frame and mattress. Room is great for WFH as it can fit a desk (current flatmate has worked from home full-time).
- Managed by a company who are good at coming to fix things, there's a caretaker too. Bins are collected from our flat door 3 times a week

- 5-min walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line)
- Close to Wawrick Avenue, Paddington, Kilburn, Notting Hill.
- Close to cafes, gyms, restaurants, pubs (Calrton Tavern, The Elgin) and other local gems
