Cosy Double Room in Maida Vale for Sublet ASAP.

I am travelling for 2 months and looking for someone to sublet my room in that period. It's a cosy double bed in a 4-bed flatshare. The 3 flatmates are lovely and engaging, and give you privacy. The flat has 2 bathrooms, so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person (clean and tidy, as you need to be). We have a cute shared living room and a balcony for bike storage and other uses.

Room includes a desk with a desktop monitor, should you wish to work or study from home.

Location is superb - near the canal with a 15 minut walk to Paddington station, a 7 minute walk to Warwick Avenue station, and a 10 minute walk to Royal oak station.

I've emptied half the closets and drawers for your personal use - please refrain from opening or using the ones that still contain my items. Move out date needs to be before 8 March 2026.

The rental cost per month includes all bills!
