Double Room in Maida Vale 🍃

I have one double room available within the tranquil red-brick mansions of Castellain Road, Maida Vale.

I have recently been made redundant so I’m leaving the city. We’re looking for a working professional to fill the room in this top floor flat on a eight month agreement with an option to extend after.

The flat has a spacious shared living area with space for home working. The kitchen boasts great natural light with all necessary amenities. We’ve maintained a great relationship with the landlord who is very quick to address any queries we’ve had.

The area of Maida Vale is of outstanding beauty, very rare to find such peace in Zone 2 of London. It’s well connected into the city, with a five min walk to Warwick Avenue, one stop to Paddington, three to Marylebone and six to Oxford Circus. There are also an abundance of bus routes and cycle routes.

Little Venice canal, Tescos, Paddington Rec, off-license/post office, gyms and a handful of pubs are within 5 mins of the flat.

My current flatmates Megan (30) and Kyne (24), are easy going individuals. Megan works in Formula 1 and travels a lot for work. Kyne is a masters student at Imperial, so is quietly seeing that through for the year. We do socialise but are also conscious of our own time and space, I will miss them when I go!

Bills are circa £132 - council tax, WiFi, energy and water.
