A lovely double bedroom is becoming available in a beautiful mansion flat in Maida Vale, starting April 10th.

My name is Jared, and I’ll be moving out in early April to live with some close friends who have recently moved over from the US. The current flatmates are Ben (28), an AI founder, and Bianca (23) a doctor. We all originally met through SpareRoom and have really enjoyed living together over the past few years.

The room itself is a great size and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and plenty of storage space. It also has a lovely view overlooking the private gardens inside the mansion block.

The flat is very homely, with a spacious living room overlooking Elgin Avenue and a separate kitchen.

The location is fantastic — Maida Vale is a beautiful area, with Little Venice, Hyde Park, and Regent’s Park all nearby. The flat is just a 2-minute walk to Maida Vale station, with quick connections into central London and easy access to Elizabeth Line services from Paddington Station.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ben and Bianca are both busy professionals who value their independence but enjoy a friendly and relaxed home environment.
