The flat is light and spacious with a kitchen, lounge and large shared communal garden and is very well located only ~5 mins walk from Maida Vale or ~ 10 mins walk from Warwick Avenue tube stations. We are near loads of nice pubs and cafes too and right next to Paddington Recreation Ground, a cute park with great sports facilities.
I am a working professional looking for someone sociable but relaxed who is up for having dinner or going for a drink from time to time but also respects space and downtime.
I work full-time in Finance, mostly standard office hours, and like to keep things calm and tidy during the week. Outside of work I'm usually out seeing friends, running or playing tennis!
