Double room available in lovely Maida Vale flat

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for one flatmate to share a lovely 3-bedroom top floor flat in the heart of Maida Vale (W9, Zone 2). Moving date is flexible if you want to move in earlier.

My current flatmate is moving out after 4 and a half years in the flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over one of the two bedrooms shown in the photos, depending on preference. The other room will stay as a spare, guest room, which is a real bonus and means the flat will only be shared between two people day to day.

The rent is £1,200 pcm, with approximately £200 of bills on top. I want everything to be fully transparent and visible to everyone, so the bill breakdown will always be clear.

The flat itself is fully furnished and has a separate kitchen and living area, one shared bathroom, and lots of natural light thanks to the skylights throughout. It’s a really cosy, homely space in a brilliant part of London.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: Maida Vale station is only a 2-minute walk away. There’s a great gastro pub at the end of the road You’re also within walking distance of Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.

A bit about me:

My name is Adrien, I’m 27, originally from France, and I work in media / advertising. I’m very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and while I’m naturally social and always happy to chat or spend time together, I also really value giving each other personal space and downtime.

I’m really into running and fitness, I love music, going to gigs, and seeing friends. I’m also passionate about cooking, so I’d love to live with someone who enjoys a warm, easygoing and considerate home environment.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, reliable, friendly and easy to live with ideally a young professional.
