Room available from the beginning of May in a large, cheerful and homely penthouse flat in Maida Vale, just under five minutes away from the tube station. You just have to see this flat if you are at all interested!

The flat - spread out over two floors - is on the top floor of the prime Lauderdale Mansions and is close to local pubs (The Warrington, Elgin, Waterway) and local shops (Tesco Express 24/7) along with great restaurants and the famed Little Venice canal.
There is a huge kitchen that includes a dining table, double oven, double fridge/freezer and dishwasher among other appliances. The property has two bathrooms with shower/bath tubs.

One of the major highlights of this flat is a large roof terrace (7 x 5 metres), with ample space, to enjoy the views, take the sun (!) and relax. There is a big and bright living room (which has a sofa and a TV.) that looks out and leads to the terrace.

The room is £980 per month including Council Tax, and bills are generally around £75-120 per month (covering water, gas, electricity and broadband). Deposit is five weeks of rent so £1,130. The room comes with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a small chest of draws. It is located on the top floor, and you will be sharing the top bathroom with Rosa.

This is a very friendly house of three young working professionals (Rosa, William and Natalie) - all mid-20s to early 30s - who genuinely get on well together, and, most importantly, respect each other’s space. We value a clean, respectful home and love a good chat, but equally appreciate that everyone has their own busy life to get on with. This isn't a party house, just a nice place to relax after work.

The landlord is very helpful and deals with issues immediately.
