Double room in beautiful apartment

Hi! I have a room available as my flatmate is moving out in early April.

The apartment is located in Maida Vale, a 10 min from the station and close to the park. It’s a quiet residential road, and we have a balcony overlooking the street.

The room is a double with plenty of storage (wardrobe, shelves, ottoman bed), and the rest of the apartment is also spacious.

I’m looking for someone fun and friendly to live with, bonus points if you have a pet :)

We have a cleaner come every 2 weeks, bills are 100-200 per month, the landlord covers the council tax, and we have g network fiber
optic wifi. The landlord is super nice and we have a great relationship.

A bit about me: I am from the UK, work in tech, into food and wine, art and play tennis very badly :) I want someone who can become a friend, not just a flatmate, as I love living here and my current flatmate has become one of my closest friends.
