Room available in a two-bed shared flat in Maida Vale. Looking for a professional in their 20s or 30s who is tidy and easy to live with!

About me: I am a 28-year-old professional, living in London since the pandemic (and for two years before that). I love my sport, but not afraid of the odd big night out.

Your room is amazingly spacious and light, with tall south-facing windows. You will have a huge amount of storage space both below the bed and above (see the upper cupboards in the pictures). Additional shared utility room (not pictured) with washer/dryer, freezer, coat hooks, and household items (hoover, iron etc.).

In the area:

- A ~10 minute walk to Westbourne Park (H&C, Circle) or Maida Vale (Bakerloo).
- Buses going south to Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, stop 3 minutes walk from the front door.
- Easy access to the lovely Grand Union Canal and Regents Canal, perfect for runs and walks.
- A ~10 minute walk to Paddington Recreation ground, with cricket, athletics, and gym facilities.
- Lots of pubs, parks, and shops nearby.
