✨ A lovely double room is becoming available from 1st June in our friendly, relaxed flat just a 4-minute walk from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line) and 1 minute from Paddington Rec Park.

I’m sadly moving out after nearly 4 fab years here to move in with my boyfriend.

In previous years, when changing the contract over it has resulted in a small rent increase but we haven't been made aware of this yet.

The room is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. I’m happy to leave behind a large clothes rail and chest of drawers if helpful.

💸 Bills
Bills are an additional £171 per month (recently increased for the new tax year), covering all utilities and a cleaner twice a month.

👯‍♀️ Flatmates
Keeley (34 - Australian) loves to travel, a keen runner, works as a physio, mostly based in the office
Matt (28 - Australian) also love to travel, plays tag and works in audit, again mostly office-based
Both are really friendly and enjoy a chat when at home but lead their own busy lives, so it’s a great balance of social and respectful.

⏳ Minimum Stay: 12 months ideally (with some flexibility to replace yourself early).
