The nearby facilities include Paddington Recreation Ground, Paddington Sports Club, great local shops, cafes and restaurants of Maida Vale, Little Venice and St Johns Wood. There's a lovely canal walk to Notting Hill and a nearby Gails if you need a caffeine fix.

The apartment offers the ability to have your own space and not feel on top of each other constantly and feels more like a home than a flat. The lounge affords personal space to relax, chill, or for a good old movie night in.

There is also an office with spare desk that's suitable for somone working from home 1 day a week.

About me:
Professional, easy-going and respectful guy. Tech entrepreneur, originally from NZ, sporty, well-travelled, non-smoker with a wide variety of interests. More of a dinner party than a house party type.

About you:
Ideally, you'll be someone that's also professional, tidy and understands the sharing dynamic and what considerate means. You'll enjoy cooking and drinking together occasionally but also be happy to relax and do your own thing. Absolutely must be sociable. Bring your own energy and dynamic.
