Double room in Maida Vale for a female

Our mansion block

We're a flat of 2 friendly girls looking for another girl to join us, with a move-in date of either 5th or 14th April. We’re looking to hold viewings from 8th March.

FLAT:
- Located less than 5 mins walk from Maida Vale tube
- Close to: a gym, park , tennis club, athletics track
- Tesco and corner shops all less than 5 mins walk
- 3 x double bedrooms, 1 x eat-in kitchen (with microwave, washing machine etc), 2 x bathrooms, 1 x large living room
- The room available has a double bed, double wardrobe and a set of drawers, located at the front of the flat, overlooking a quiet tree-lined avenue
- Weekly cleaning rota for communal areas (e. g. kitchen/bathroom/hall etc)

RENT:
- £850 per month
- Additional bills are on average £150/month (water, gas, electricity, internet, council, TV) - but are higher in winter (up to £200).

US:
- 2 professional females whose interests include eating out / yoga / salsa / watching films / trying new bars / travelling
- There's shared responsibility for the bills so you must be willing to take charge of one of them
- Party-free household - we’re sociable but keep our socialising outside the flat so that the space stays comfortable for everyone (that also means no boys or boyfriends staying over :)).

YOU:
- Between the ages of 29-39
- We like to keep our lovely flat lovely, so are looking for someone who is clean/tidy and willing to be part of a cleaning rota
- Not someone who works majority remote (we both work 4 days in the office)
- no students, those only in full time employment
