Huge bright and sunny double room is available in Zone2 within walking distance from Tube. The room is available NOW and we are looking for a nice person to share this amazing house who is able to move in within a couple of days. For non smokers only!

No pets and only for working professionals/mature students.

Spacious fully furnished room with double bed, sofa, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, chair, lots of selves, really big double glazed windows, wooden floor etc.

Fully furnished house with 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs). HUGE SEPARATE LIVING ROOM .
Fully equipped separate modern kitchen and nice garden, ideally for BBQs.

Friendly professional housemates (From Canada, Italy, Greece, South Korea and Switzerland). We are looking for a friendly sociable person who is able to keep the house clean and open for a friendly chat.

The house is close to the highs street shops (most of it 24 hours)but the street is quiet.
24 hours Sainsbury, Argos, next etc within 5 minutes.

Rent is £150 /week (£650/month) All bills are included!

We need 2 weeks deposit (payable to secure the room) and two weeks rent in advance. The minimum term of stay is 4 months (or until the 4th of January If you move in before the 4th of September). The notice is 2 weeks once the min term has finished…The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay.
