I live alone and am looking for an independent, mature person, who is looking for a Monday to Friday room in London and will enjoy the comfort and space of my home, and pretty balcony.

There is a large shared lounge and dining space with well a well-equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with bath and shower, and an additional second toilet which will be for the sole use of the lodger.

Great location with an easy 10 minute tube ride to Kings Cross/St Pancras, and only 20 minutes to Oxford Circus. Local amenities within a few minutes walk from the flat, including an organic shop, convenience food store, bakery, pizza restaurant and dry cleaners etc. The flat is also situated opposite Finsbury Park, and only 10 minutes walk from a Sainsbury's and Tesco local, Lidl and a number of restaurants and takeaways options.
