Is this right for you?

If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming and clean place to call home, this might be just for you. We are lucky to all get on well and enjoy doing stuff together occasionally (the odd dinner, trip to the local theatre or just a walk in the many green spaces nearby). I'm the house owner, but have always lived in shares. Joe and Lisa (the other flatmates) are super nice as you'll see for yourself. There is also Minette, the most cuddly and fluffy housemate, (meow).

Location

The house is close to Manor house tube station, Zone 2 on the Piccadilly line (5 stops to Kings cross). The house is very quiet because it is the last house on a cul de sac with only trees on one side. There's a big Sainsbury's about 2min walk away and Green lanes high street is about 5min away and offers plenty of restaurants and shops.

The house and room.

There is a huge garden with an apple tree to sit under in the summer. The room is on the first floor and about 9 square meters. It is newly decorated, bright (south-west facing) and overlooks the quiet cul de sac. The whole house was recently renovated with the exception living room windows which will be swapped out in a a week or two. Overall it's nice and comfy with a big kitchen, living room and garden and two newly decorated bathrooms.

About you:

We are looking for someone who fits in nicely to preserve the pleasant atmosphere in the house. Anyone is welcome to apply. As long as you are friendly, respectful and clean, you could be a good fit. Drop us a line if you are interested and tell us a bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing for you to see the place and meet the people. No smokers, sorry..
