We are looking for another person to join us in our home within the Manor House/Haringey area. There is currently 5 of us within the house; a poet, a perfume expert, a hairdresser and a teacher. The house is a 5 minute walk to Manor House (Piccadilly line) and a 3 minute walk to Green Lanes (overground) as well as being opposite the big Haringey Sainsbury's and just next to Finsbury Park as well as other various beautiful London parks.

The room is on the top floor of the house with it's own en-suite. It comes with plenty of storage and a brand new bed frame and extremely comfy bed. It has lots of natural light and was recently redecorated in April.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is happy to have spontaneous drinks and dinners in the garden on a nice summer evening. We are all active in keeping the house clean and tidy and would expect you to join us in doing so. We have a lovely big garden that you will often find us in the evenings having glasses of wine! This isn't a party house and we are respectful of boundaries and each others spaces.

We deal directly with the landlord. He's super lovely and very LGBTQ+ friendly.

You have your own contract, it's a minimum of 6 months and then a rolling contract. The deposit is a months rent.

The entry to the house is off the street (1 step to the front door) and the room is on the 2nd floor (26 steps on the stairs). There is the main bathroom on the 1st floor with an additional toilet on the ground floor with a big kitchen and living room.

There would be a possibility of moving in a couple of days earlier than 1st Sept if needed.
