We have 1 room available in our Manor House warehouse for somebody to move in from 5th September. It is £650 pcm, incl all bills, internet, cleaner etc. The warehouse is approximately 10 minutes walk from Manor House tube station. We would prefer a female housemate to maintain a balance in the house.
The room is a good sized double bedroom with a sky light. The rest of the warehouse is well kitted out with a projector, Apple TV, lots of sofas. We have double of everything - two ovens, two hobs and two washing machines.
There are eight of us in total. We are all in our 20s-30s, working in the week but like to have some fun and drinks on the weekend. We also have one cat, Clementine.
