Its a beautiful, spacious double room in a clean, friendly house just off buzzing Green Lanes, Zone Two, 2 minute walk to Haringey Green Lanes station and 10 minutes to Manor House. Lots of amazing restaurants, bars and cafes, and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Finsbury Park!
The room:
Great size, quiet, double on the first floor, with a built in wardrobe and a large window (good storage and lots of natural light!).
The house:
Lovely Victorian home, with a big kitchen/ living room, bathroom (with a bath!) and a (sometimes!) sunny garden. We have virgin wifi which is brilliant if you’re working from home. We also have Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney plus! There is a good amount of storage around the house as well.
The occupants:
I’m leaving behind my 4 lovely housemates- 2 female and 2 male, 3 key workers so will be working out of the house throughout lockdown (which leaves you with a quiet house if you’re working from home!) they are all respectful clean professionals that are mindful of each other’s space but also like to take trips to the pub, play boardgames and enjoy a glass of wine and catch up after work.
The contract is for one year with a £50 buy out after 6 months.
