Current Housemates:
A lovely couple, he works for a start up she works for Brewdog. We’re leaving as we’re found our own place further out of London, but have loved living here and want to find the perfect replacement.

Finances:
Bills work out to about £55pp if you’re a couple and £73pp if you’re single. No fees to move in. Deposit negotiable for the right people and earlier move in date. Rent is £1050 per room (and not negotiable unfortunately) paid on 14th of the month.

Admin:
Reference check and proof of employment needed by agents but a guarantor also accepted.

Viewings:
We’ll be holding either virtual viewings or in person socially distanced and safe viewings. Up to you, both are technically allowed.

Rules:
No pets unfortunately. No smoking in the house but you can smoke on the balcony.
