Double room (gym, spa, concierge)

Hey!

We're two professionals in our mid to late twenties living in London seeking a new flat mate, as sadly our third is moving out to move in with his girlfriend. We have a great room available from early-May, located within the Woodberry Down development.

Room/Flat
The room (Bedroom Number Three) is fully furnished with wardrobes, double bed, bookshelves and desk.
We're in a great new build complex with views on the Stoke Newington reservoirs and centennial pathway. Tenancy will give you access to a fully equipped gym with a pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, as well as a 24-hour concierge, and regular cleaner.

Local Area
Within the development, there are food options like Sainsbury's, Tesco, a Turkish corner shop, and an Asian grocer. The Finsbury pub and lively bars/restaurants on Church Street are also close by, plus a handful of cafes and restaurants in the development itself.
You're also situated between Finsbury and Clissold parks which are great for chilling, reading a book or for a bit of sport.

Travel
Our apartment is a walkable 7 mins from Manor House (Piccadilly line) and Stamford Hill (Overground).

About Us
Stefan (left in photo) who works as an analyst for a media firm and works from home Monday and Friday. We enjoy cooking, music, films, books and are both keen tennis players.

We’re both social but are respectful of each other’s schedule and space and like to keep the flat clean and tidy.
