✨We have 2 double rooms available in our 4-person warehouse from 1st June ✨

Rent per month is £837.50+ £100 bills
Deposit £750

The rooms are large and come unfurnished, so you can decorate as you wish! We have 2 bathrooms so you’ll be sharing with only one other person. We have a large kitchen (with 2 fridges) and open communal space, where you are welcome to work from home or work on any creative projects. Please note only internal windows in the bedrooms, we have a vent system installed.

You’ll be living with:
Emily, 28, pattern cutter working in fashion, loves sewing and making corsetry in her spare time; and Nik, 31, a screenwriter, often at the cinema, and also runs a filmmakers group. The house is pretty social, we’re good friends with our neighbours and love to hang out together, we’re keen to find someone who wants to be or is already involved in the community. We like to party from time to time on the weekends, and occasionally host them, but we are mostly a chill flat and enjoy having bbqs, drinks and movie nights ✨ We will also be getting a kitten soon 🐱

You:
We are looking for someone creative, in their mid 20s/30s, social, gets on well with everyone in the house, clean and happy to contribute to the cleaning rota.

Location:
We’re right in the heart of the Manor House Warehouses, a creative community, with a local bar that has regular gigs and rehearsal studios. We are a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations and Haringey Green Lanes overground. Local supermarkets include Aldi and Sainsburys.

Accessibility:
We are a ground floor flat, however there are a couple of steps to access the flat and into the bathrooms.

No couples or pets- we are about to get a kitten so no room for more currently 🐱
