We have a double room available in our 4 person creative warehouse from 1st May.

The room is large and comes unfurnished. We have 2 bathrooms so you’ll be sharing with only one other person. We have a large kitchen (with 2 fridges) and open communal space, where you are welcome to work from home or do any creative projects.

You’ll be living with:
Emily, 26, works in fashion; Dilara, 27, works as a producer in the arts, and Mario, 32, a musician and works in tech/project management. We’re all good friends and love to hang out together. We like to party from time to time on the weekends, but we are mostly a chilled flat and enjoy a movie night and hosting dinners.

You:
We are looking for someone creative, in their 20s/30s, social, gets on well with everyone in the house, clean and happy to contribute to the cleaning rota.

Location:
We’re right in the heart of the Manor House Warehouses, a creative community, with a local bar that has regular gigs and rehearsal studios. We are a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations and Haringey Green Lanes overground. Local supermarkets include Aldi and Sainsburys.

No couples.
