I'm a post grad student at RADA with an insane schedule that runs from 12pm to 930pm from Wednesday to Saturday and am looking for someone quiet and clean to share my lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom space with me. The ensuite is up for rent for 1200 + utilities.

I'm looking for someone to move as soon as possible [flexible move in date, April or May].

GREAT LOCATION - Zone 2, on Green Lanes, between Stoke Newington and Manor House, in the borough of Hackney, with great bus and Underground links.
Manor House station is just 4 mins walk and Finsbury Park station 10 mins walk. 
Direct bus straight down to Hoxton.

Super nice area to walk around. Everything within walking distance: Co-Op, Homebase, Aldi's, Sainsbury's, Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, Woodberry Downs Nature Reserve, Castle Climbing Centre, and the West Reservoir swimming all right on your doorstep. Lots of cool cafes, restaurants, coffee places and gyms at your doorstep.
