Our Warehouse:
Unit F has a total of 20 bedrooms with housemates encompassing a variety of professions; creatives, artists, engineers etc. We have a large age range from mid 20's to 60's and as a house are very LGBTQ+ positive and mature, we also keep to fairly different schedules so there is rarely a queue for showers and this also means that the place is surprisingly quiet and peaceful (most of the time). There is a resident giant white Maine Coon, so we are unable to accommodate any further fluffy friends.
As you can see from the photos there are two decently sized kitchens and A large living room (complete with projector and speakers) and a pool table. There is some industrial racking for general storage as well as several large workspaces for all your creative endeavours, additionally we have some hot-desking space for those of you more desk/computer bound. There are four bathrooms (One of which actually has a bath!) which are all fitted with showers, sinks and toilets. There is a separate laundry room which has two large washing machines (Both pretty new). We have a cleaner who comes twice a month to deep clean all the communal areas although we keep these clean and tidy ourselves as well.
We also have a large (newly completed) decking area outside with benches for the summer months and greenery/planters (Soon).
The Room:
The room itself is around 5mx3.5(ish)m, loads of light with an external velux window (I know, luxury, right?). Single radiator for keeping you warm during the long dark winter months and a private staircase leading up to the room. The room is unfurnished but its fairly easy to obtain furniture from other warehouses and the local facebook groups. All bills are included in the rent. No Council tax
Location:
We are situated in Arena Design Centre, a converted business estate for artists, creatives and other free-thinker types. There are over 200 people living on the estate and it is quite a lively community. We are located about 15 minutes from both Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations, it has gated parking (subject to availability) and is round the corner from Sainsburys supermarket as well as enjoying quick and easy access to several nearby pubs, bars and restaurants (also gyms, if thats your thing).
