N4 Manor House Cozy Small Double With A Storage

One of our flat mates is moving out so we are looking for a friendly to share the house with. The house currently has 2 female and 1 male tenants.

The three things that we would like to ask for are to be friendly, polite and clean. It is a very silent house so we would prefer to keep it this way. We have a functioning weekly cleaning rota and a very cordial and homely atmosphere in the house.

The price includes costs of utility bills including internet and council tax.

The house is 5 mins away from a large Sainsbury's/Aldi`s and 7/8 mins from Manor House tube station which is in between zone 2/3 Piccadilly Line. Haringey Green Lanes overground station is also close by as well as number of buses including night buses.

The room comes with a separate small storage near bathroom area.
