Room in beautiful big flat!

Hi there,

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my beautiful flat. I moved in a month ago and have been putting alot of love into making it a home.
Ideally I would like someone to join on a 6 month contract, renewal pending. *move in date flexible*

The space: it’s a huge high ceiling two bed flat on the second floor. The entrance is on Green Lanes but it is surprisingly such a peaceful flat, and feels very European. There is a big living room with a working (!!) fireplace, a bathroom with a huge bathtub, and a big kitchen that leads onto a balcony. The living room and kitchen are on either sides of the flat, so there are two hang out areas outside the bedroom, so everything feels really spacious. I have just repainted the room and fit it with a massive wardrobe with sensor lights etc so there’s plenty of storage. Free to decorate as you please!
I’m a freelance producer and director, and am either working from home or will be out for quite long hours when a project comes up. When I’m home I love spending time enjoying dinner and a drink, watching a good film, having friends round for dinner. Weekdays im more of an early bird than anything and weekends are usually pretty busy..

Ideal flatmate would be someone who likes to chat and share ideas but also shares the love for their own space. Would love to make a great friend through this- ultimately this is a sociable flat so I want to like your friends and for yours to like mine!
Lastly, someone who is clean and respectful of the space. This is my home and it’s important it feels looked after!

*im still in the process of buying/ swapping furniture and doing bits of painting and decorating so there will be the occasional works happening!*
