Room in a very sunny and tidy warehouse

Hello

We have a room coming up in our warehouse in Manor House.
Having lived here for 9 years, this place is my home and together with my flatmates we make the most of living together.
We've got a very strong social scene and spend a lot of time together doing hiking, parties, day trips and flat dinners.

The place is very well cared for with rosters and a weekly cleaner. We've got a big kitchen and love hosting our friends and doing things like film screenings. Occasionally we'll throw a party but we're also very respectful with everybody quiet by 11pm on weeknights.

Its a very very sunny south facing flat but the bedroom does not have windows directly do the outside. While this is one of the smaller rooms, we have bigger rooms coming up in the future which people are able to swap into. Therefore, we're open to couples.

Most of all we'd love to find someone social but respectful whos keen to hang out and be part of the gang.

We've got all the good kitchen stuff, pool table, projector, tool area, indoor bike storage, 2 bathrooms, lots of WFH space.
