Hi there! We’re looking for someone lovely to join our home, a bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a big terrace overlooking the reservoir lakes. The sunsets here are something else.

The room available is a bright ensuite double room with a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space, plus a Sonos sound system. It gets great natural light and feels really calm and comfortable, perfect to come home to.

The flat itself has a cosy but modern feel, with a comfortable living room and our favourite spot, the large terrace with incredible water views.

Location wise, it’s hard to beat. We’re a short walk from Manor House station on the Piccadilly line, with easy access to central London and King’s Cross station in around 15 to 20 minutes. Everything you need is nearby including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, post office, cafés, brunch spots and great pizza places. You get the best of both worlds, quick access to the city while being surrounded by green spaces and water.

You’d be sharing with just the two of us, we are a couple.

Thibaut, 31, French, IT Manager, big wine lover and an excellent cook.
Alejandro, 32, Spanish, Retail Manager and entrepreneur, currently building a home fragrance brand.

We’re pretty easygoing and enjoy a good balance of social and quiet time. We love travelling, cooking nice meals, especially Thibaut, and going out to gigs, theatre or musicals. There’s usually something on each week. That said, we also love a cosy night in. We’ve got a projector setup that turns the living room into a proper cinema, which we use a lot.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with, someone who enjoys a relaxed and friendly home.

Rent is £1500
Bills are approximately £150 to £170 per month
