Hi, we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our huge warehouse conversion in Manor House N15.
£820 per month + £30 kitty furnished (but can be unfurnished if preferred).

Available 12th Sept. Our priority is finding a new great new housemate and not just letting a room.

The room is single occupancy only, a blank canvas you really can make your own, none of the usual restrictions on painting & hanging pictures etc. with other lets. Kitty £30 which pays for a cleaner and cleaning products, house bits & bobs and very good internet.

The warehouse is really big, skylit huge living area, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. Gated and secure. It's a chilled, calm house, not a party house, but a friendly bunch. A total of 8 professionals occupy the property in 8 rooms, plus Pasha the cat, this may seem like a lot but it never feels crowded or intrusive, it can be private too, it really is a big place! We’re an amiable mix of individuals, all quite hard working but with the usual social activities. It is a mature grown up house with a wide range of ages. We have a projector and projector wall and, a bbq etc. for the odd occasional house get together. We are looking for someone who will fit and be a housemate rather than just someone looking for a room.
Manor House has great transport links to all points north, east, central, west and south. We are near Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington and Crouch End. There is wildlife wetlands reserve and leisure reservoir on our doorstep, plus a climbing wall in a castle!. Close to areas with nice bars and restaurants.
