Double Rm Excellent transport links with Punjabi

Hi. looking for trustworthy, happy, clean tenant. The room is a lovely double room and the bathroom in the property is also a nice large bathroom down the hallway. This is not a multi occupied home and only have one room to let out. Viewing is advised to understand the comfort of home from home. Please only call to make appointments and note that I will require proof of I. D which will ensure we can check valid visas and residency etc which I will keep on file. The transport links into London are excellent although from Stratford Station which is just 10minutes away on the bus you could travel anywhere! I have mentioned I am punjabi as I love to cook and need to make any future tenant aware of the lovely punjabi cooking aroma is strong. Hope to hear from you soon.
