The three bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom&toilet. The loftroom has a juliette balcony and ensuite shower&toilet. One double bed in each bedroom.
Two bedrooms are available on the first floor at £630 and £500 rent per month, single tenancy only. The loft room is £730 per month single tenancy. We cap the number of tenants in the house at four because we are looking for people who enjoy space and want to share a home with other like-minded people.
Most bills are included in the rental figure except for £35 Council tax monthly per person (we pay the rest). The bills included are electricity, water, gas to a reasonable set limit (after which tenants will share/top up the gas card themselves), TV licence, wifi and garden maintenance. Cleaning is a must and a cost/duty to be shared between tenants. Deposit is four (4) weeks, held with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
The ground floor has two living rooms, huge kitchen, bright spacious dining with double patio doors that open out to a 60-foot mature and maintained garden. The house is fully furnished and all furniture is to remain. We reserve use of the cellar for ourselves.
The house is in a residential area in Zone 3. Manor Park station 150 metres left out of the house, goes to Stratford London (Westfield shops) and onward to Liverpool St Stn. Corner shop, Tesco Express, Boots 1-12 mins walk. Romford Rd that offers diverse ethnic food shops is also well-served by buses. Woodgrange Pk Overground 9 mins walk away. Bus 104 on the street goes to East Ham/District line. For joggers and nature lovers, Wanstead Park is at the end of the road. The local Golden Fleece 3 mins walk. The neighbours are full-time working professionals and families with children whom we know so we would want tenants who can respect and maintain the familial peace and quiet.
We would love to hear from visiting scholars/academics, Masters and PhD students (Queen Mary Uni & UEL campus is closeby) and full-time professionals.
So you know, we took these pictures in May 2015 when the house was first ready for AirBnB in 2015. Our families have used it over the years for Christmas and we have lived there ourselves during renovations in our own home, so, it is more lived in now & the garden more mature.
