(2 minute walk )links to Barking 1 stop (District Line, C2C & Hammersmith & city line) & North London links such as Blackhorse Road
(Victoria Line) and Gospel Oak. Also great bus links to the city, Stratford (Westfield), Ilford & East Ham town centre.

There is a Tesco less than (5 minutes) walk away and other local amenities such as eateries, local supermarket, post office, chemist, cafe etc on the main road.

Wanstead Flats Park (10 minute walk) where you can go for walks around the Jubilee Pond, jogging, exercising, picnics, Bike rides etc.
Also there is a local family pub opposite the park which is very nice place to go for a drink & food.
