Female 25+ wanted: Double Room in East Ham

Looking for a female 25+ for a house share in East Ham. The room available is a large, light room on the ground floor of a 4 bedroom House. The decor is very unusual. Please take a good look at the photos and video. There are 3 other people living in the house. They are all working women, 30-40 years old. This is a room for a single person only. No couples or sharers please as we do not want the house to be overcrowded. And I'm sure you don't want to live in an overcrowded house either. NO SMOKERS PLEASE! The room is 3.8m x 3.4m with a large bay window looking out onto the street. The house has been recently renovated. It has a large combined lounge/kitchen area. There is also a conservatory and a patio garden. The bathroom is on the 1st floor. It has a bath/shower and WC. The other rooms in the house have their own showers so this shower is only used by the person in this room. The W. C is shared with 2 other housemates. The house has gas central heating. The house is located in East Ham. The postcode is E12 6QA. It is about 7 minutes walk from East Ham underground station. From here it is about 15 minutes to Canary Wharf and 30 minutes to central London. The room rent includes some bills (Council tax, water rates and internet) but NOT gas and electricity. The cost of this is shared and a £40 per month payment in advance is required for these services
There is fast unlimited internet in the house.
This is a quiet house. Definitely NOT a party house, but housemates are friendly and respectful. Housemates are welcome to invite friends over to visit. Occasional overnight stay by friends is also allowed as long as other people in the house are informed in advance.
I am the owner of the house but do not live there. I live and work in Brighton most of the time. However I do come up to the house to do maintenance as necessary.
