Double room available in a bright, characterful Victorian home with lots of space and charm. Rent includes power, gas, internet and council tax. You’ll have access to a big, fully equipped kitchen (yes there's a coffee machine!), two comfortable living rooms, and a peaceful garden with outdoor seating.

The area is incredibly well connected: 12 minutes to the Elizabeth Line, 12 minutes to East Ham Station and 12 mins to Woodgrange Park Overground. The street is quiet with respectful neighbours.

Room has a high ceiling, is light and spacious. Comes furnished.

You’ll be sharing with a sociable professional who loves cooking, appreciates good food, enjoys sharing meals and the occasional glass of wine.

I want whoever moves in to feel like this is a true home. Food is mostly shared so no labelling your milk etc, general food bills are split. The fridge is stocked with healthy bits, I usually cook from scratch, and while I’m not vegetarian, I’m not a big meat eater either. I buy organic when it fits the budget. Non-cooks absolutely welcome. (sharing is not needed for short stays.)

If you’re looking for a warm, relaxed home rather than just a room, this could be a great fit.

PS this is an inclusive household. If you like to wave the St George Cross this house is probably not for you. 🙂
