Our house has a room available. There are 3 young professionals (2 girls, 1 boy) in a 4 bedroom house who all get on very well together. We are looking to fill the spare room with a friendly, like-minded person. It is a lovely house. The bedroom is cosy, with views into the sunny garden.

The house comes with superfast broadband, and has a 40” flatscreen TV in the living room. The house is only a short walk from Manor Park station (3 mins), with quick and easy links into Stratford (6 mins) and Liverpool Street (12 mins). The house has a large back garden (great for BBQs), and Wanstead Park is only a stone’s throw away as well (great for jogging, football, walks etc.).

Contracts have no added fees. We ask for 12 month initial term and the rent is £780 pcm including bills (Council tax, Utilities, internet etc.). All the bills are set up for you, so no hassle and no additional costs.

Manor Park station is well connected with transport links to:
• 6 mins to Stratford – Westfields, Cinema, Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, bars and restaurants
• 12 minutes to Liverpool Street
• 21 minutes to Bank / 18 minutes to Canary Wharf
• Regular trains to Romford/Brentwood (Essex)
