It's 3 minutes walk from Manor park train station Which is directly connected with Stratford and London Liverpool street by TFL train , 5 minutes walk from Wood grange park Overground station and 8 minuets walk (5 minutes by bus )from Eastham station.

3 minutes walk to Bus stop for Bus 25 and 86 which is 24 hours service to Stratford and central London . Also Bus stop for Bus 101/ 104/ 474/ W19 is 5 minutes walking distance.

House spread by 2 floor, 2 bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen with cooking facilities fridge / freezer , washing machine available for use, free high speed internet WIFI. .

Room is fully furnished by double bed , mattress, pillow , duvet , chest of drawers, TV etc.

Other occupiers are professional male and each room occupied by one person.

No admin fee, no others cost, only two week deposit required .

Rent is £120 weekly ( Included all utility bills).
