The house consists of two bathrooms, a large lounge & dining room, separate kitchen, private driveway and large garden with patio area with wooden flooring throughout downstairs.
We are situated less than 5 mins walk from Morden tube station, northern line (always get a seat in the morning haha), 5 mins walk to Morden Road Tram stop that is 2 stops away from Wimbledon station. Also for national rail services we are 15 mins walk away from Merton South station. The beautiful Morden Hall park is right opposite which is great for walks, runs & picnics in the summer.
We're a chill and social house and like to make the most of London by eating out, going to salsa salsa & finding other fun things to do at weekends, but also enjoy our alone time. We're looking for someone similar who would fit in with this (...stick to the status quo 🎶)!
Rent is £600 per month, including council tax & cleaner. The bills are split between housemates and come to around £100 per month. You must be able to provide 2 references (1 current landlord, 1 current job).
