This is a fantastic apartment that has great accessibility to public transport and an idea location for all year round. The current housemates are amazing. Both tidy, kind, and caring.
I am having to relocate due to work commitments, but have really enjoyed my time here, and have been extremely lucky to share my 'Lockdown' with Mairead and Grainne. These are both teachers and so out and busy in the week but happy to socialise in the evenings with a beer at home or in the pub.
With a short walk to Southfields, which sits on the district line, it is easy to get to London. There's also a bus stop a two minute walk away that's got excellent links to Clapham Junction and Wimbledon
A local co-op is just round the corner, and of course the beautiful Wimbledon Common. There is a perfect balcony that is always in the sun, it provides a great space to enjoy BBQs and sundowners. Friendly neighbours and a quiet community.
During these COVID times, we are happy to do a virtual tour, but of course, sticking to traditional methods, feel free to schedule a viewing.
