House is at the end of the street making it a very peaceful place to live. The house has a detached garden with a BBQ setting and a jacuzzi for 7 people (currently being fixed!!!)
Unfortunately no couples or pets.

Travel Links: South Merton Station: 3 min walk, Wimbledon (District underground Line) 5 min by train, Morden station (Northern underground Line) is 10 10-minute walk away.

Please BE AWARE that the entrance to the room is via a ladder with a rail to hold on to, so it is not suitable for those who are SCARED OF HIGHTS. :)

Council Tax and Broadband bills are included in the rent.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate fridge for you and other tenants and separate cupboards. Also a mini fridge in your bedroom too!!

The space is very relaxed. Currently, we have only ONE professional boy living in the house. I am looking for another two tenants for the other two bedrooms.
