Charming two story townhome with garden in South Wimbledon. 3 min walk from the northern line and multiple bus stops. 5 min walk to a large park and several others, 3 min walk to tesco. Two lovely ladies from Washington D. C. and Chicago will be living as well as their lovely and very quiet, sweet, and behaved German shepherd named Penelope. Everyone is very tidy, keeps to themselves but also enjoys a nice chat or movie time in the living room. Both students so like their alone time to study but also enjoy a pint on the weekends. Looking for someone that is quiet and respectful and does not mind living with a dog ( no responsibilities for the dog of course) the lease is until October 1 2026 but open to a shorter occupancy. 1 housemate is downstairs while the vacant room and another housemate is upstairs with the bathroom upstairs as well.
