The room is a double room in 4 bedroom house over three floors. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and has a sink. This room looks out over Tredegar Square which is a beautiful view, I will miss that for sure!
We have a large shared lounge, with a TV and Netflix, Sky etc.
We share a kitchen and bathroom.
We are currently a house of 2 females and 2 males. My housemates are lovely, age range 29 - 35 years. They are all professionals with busy lives. They're easy-going and easy to live with.
The landlord employs a full-time handyman so if there are ever any problems they are quickly dealt with.
There is street parking available with a permit at additional cost.
