FLATMATE WANTED for a furnished, two-bedroom, modern, spacious Mile End flat.

First off, I am now entering my fourth year of living in this flat which should hopefully give you an idea of how great it is here!

The flat has an abundance of amenities. Of course the boring (but essential) stuff such as intergrated appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, plenty of storage space and built-in wardrobe but also...
- A MASSIVE rooftop terrace garden with incredible plants (palm trees, man-sized aloe vera etc) and direct views into both the city and Canary Wharf.
- A full-length canalside balcony accessible from living room and both bedrooms which overlooks Regents Canal.
- The other side of the building directly overlooks Mile End Park/Leisure Centre. Combined with the above this means that the flat is incredibly quiet for the location and has plenty of great walks/outside spaces right on the doorstep.
- Private underground car-parking space.
- The building is mainly younger couples/families meaning it’s a calm space with a community-vibe (proven by the avid Facebook Group) but without being too overbearing on the occasion of having friends over.

The flat is walking distance to Mile End station (central, hammersmith + city, district lines) and Limehouse (DLR); 30 minute walk to the Shoreditch, Hackney, London Fields, Canary Wharf etc (great for sunny Sundays); and well connected via bus routes for all across the city!

Rent is £892.50 PCM + bills (I use a service called Split The Bills for this which makes things super easy).

About me…

I’m a 24 y/o who works at a digital marketing agency in the music industry so work “somewhat normal” office hours but (when things are normal again) go to a lot of gigs and events in the evening but definitely love to catch-up/hang-out/watch a film where we can!
