I am looking to rent the room to someone who needs a place to stay when they’re working in London during the week and who have a home to go back to the rest of the time.

The room was renovated in 2022 and is located in a modern, secure private development.

Bedroom dimensions: 3.49m x 3.38m (11'6'' x 11'1'').

Furniture include a double bed, a desk and a large built-in wardrobe.

A small fridge and microwave are available in the room (not shown on pictures).

Ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet.

Towels and bedding are provided. Shared washing machine is available.

The flat is about a 5 minutes' walk to Mile End tube station with access to the Central/Hammersmith & City/District tube lines. Bow church DLR is a short walk away. D7/277 bus lines also provide easy access to Canary Wharf.

The rent includes all bills (broadband, council tax, electricity and water). Pricing is based on 4 nights per week occupancy.

About me…

I am a friendly banking professional and work from home 3 days a week. I like to keep the flat clean and reasonably tidy. I enjoy relaxing evenings during the week, but do enjoy a bit of banter as well and the odd glass of wine which you're welcome to share. I am looking to share with a considerate professional who needs a place a stay in London during the week.
